Typical times from the moment your order is confirmed to the moment it reaches you:
- Niger: about 1 working day
- Togo, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Nigeria: 3–6 days
- Other African destinations: 7–14 days
- Free delivery on orders over 95,000 CFA
When Your Order Is Dispatched
We are open all seven days, on the 24-hour clock. Monday to Saturday we are open from 8:00 to 20:00, and on Sunday from 8:00 to 14:00.
During opening hours
An order confirmed while we are open is packed and dispatched the same day.
After closing time
An order placed after closing hours is processed on the next business day.
At any hour
You can send a message at any time, including outside these hours — we reply as soon as we are open again.
So an order placed on Sunday after 14:00 is processed on Monday, and an order placed on Monday after 20:00 is processed on Tuesday.
