1. How to Reach Us
We are a WhatsApp-first store. For anything about an order — availability, sizes, delivery to your area, payment or a problem with what you received — message us on WhatsApp, because that is where your order is already being handled.
Where we are
Niamey, Niger — Rive Droite
Serving customers across West Africa and beyond.
You can also follow and message us on social media — see section 4.
2. Opening Hours
We are open all seven days, on the 24-hour clock. Monday to Saturday we are open from 8:00 to 20:00, and on Sunday from 8:00 to 14:00.
- Monday — 8:00 - 20:00
- Tuesday — 8:00 - 20:00
- Wednesday — 8:00 - 20:00
- Thursday — 8:00 - 20:00
- Friday — 8:00 - 20:00
- Saturday — 8:00 - 20:00
- Sunday — 8:00 - 14:00
An order placed after closing hours is processed on the next business day.
So an order placed on Sunday after 14:00 is processed on Monday, and an order placed on Monday after 20:00 is processed on Tuesday.
You can send a message at any time, including outside these hours — we reply as soon as we are open again.
3. What to Include in Your Message
The more of these you send in one message, the fewer questions we have to ask back, so you get an answer sooner:
- Your name
- The product you are asking about, and the size or colour if it has variants
- How many you want
- Your delivery area or address in Niamey, or your city if you are outside Niamey
- How you want to pay
- Your order number, if you are writing about an order that already exists
- A short description and a photo, if something arrived damaged or faulty
4. Follow & Message Us
The Follow & Message Us icons are in the footer of every page, under the store name. Tapping one opens that app on your phone straight onto our profile — nothing to install, nothing to copy. On a computer it opens in a new tab.
All five are live today — Facebook, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat. Tap any of them and the app opens with our profile ready for you to message. If a message does not get an answer, send it on WhatsApp — that is the fastest way to reach us.
